Membership Information:

Please download and fill out the membership application linked below.  You will need to bring it to a Member’s Meeting. Do not mail.

New Members must be present at a Membership Meeting to be voted into the club. If submitting an application for membership, you should arrive at the meeting by 6:45 to allow ample time to process your paperwork. 

Meetings are the first Monday of the Month unless it falls on a Holiday, in which case it may be cancelled or rescheduled. Check the main page of this website and the calendar for changes and cancellations. 

DO NOT MAIL YOUR MEMBERSHIP FORM.

After being voted in you must attend an Safety Orientation meeting with one of our RSO’s to get your gate card.  RSO’s will set the Safety Orientation date(s).

Our membership year runs from October 1 to September 30.  Renewals will be mailed out in August and are due by October 15th.  After October 15th you will need to reapply as a new member.  Memberships received after July 1 will extend through the following year.

Fees:

  • Regular: $125.00
  • Household: $200.00
  • Senior(65+): $60.00
  • Junior: $35.00
  • Life: $900 after being a member for 1 year

Hale Mountain Membership Form

You are allowed to bring guests to the range. Guests must fill out a Guest Liability form only once. However, a $5 fee if required each time the guest accompanies you to the range. The fee and form can be placed in the blue box on the wall between the computer and the fireplace in the club house.

Guest Liability Form

You will be required to sign an Orientation form at the end of your range orientation. There is no need to fill this out now. You will be given a copy during your orientation.
